Just yesterday I posted about Rosie O’Donnell’s home going on sale after she lived there only 5 months. The Lake View home at 1517 W Grace was listed at $2.5 MM.
Well, it sold in just one day. Of course, we won’t know the price until it closes but I was able to determine that this time around it was not a dual agency situation. Nevertheless, the listing agent has made a killing off of this home – 3 transaction sides in just 5 months.
Originally Rosie had said that she was “reevaluating her real estate investments” but now it comes to light that she is in fact moving her show to New York – something about good guests don’t want to come to Chicago. And it wasn’t even that bad of a winter.
