Wow! It’s only been 5 months and Rosie O’Donnell’s home is back on the market. Back in September she closed on the Lake View home at 1517 W Grace for $2.25 million cash. According to an article in the Chicago Tribune Rosie O’Donnell is “re-evaluating her real estate holdings”. The article goes on to say that
…the talk-show host had bought the house “impulsively” and that given her children come to visit only on the weekends, O’Donnell does not need so large of a house. In fact, …a corporate-supplied apartment had proved sufficient.
I dunno. I think she just wants to move into Trump Tower to be close to the Donald. Whatever. This certainly violates the 5 – 7 year rule for buying a place.
Rosie is listing the home for $2.5 million dollars, using the same realtor that listed the place previously – who also happened to be on both sides of the deal – a dual agency situation.
