It looks like Rosie O’Donnell closed on her Lake View home at 1517 W Grace on Monday. It only took 2 weeks to close as it was an all cash deal – no surprise. It was also a dual agency deal – ugh! I also suspect she didn’t get a buyer rebate – ugh!
The home was listed at $2.5 MM and was sold for $2.25 MM and all the furniture was sold with the property. However, in all likelihood, the furniture was sold as personal property for a separate amount. The home had only been on the market for 2 months when it went under contract.
