It’s been a while since I’ve written about the real estate industry’s top producer myth. If you’re a recent reader of this blog you can follow that link to the debunking of the myth. In short there is no magic dust in real estate and the only thing that top producers can sell better than regular realtors is themselves.
So I really enjoyed this video that my partner sent me the other day from Joe Manausa Real Estate in Tallahassee. Created 5 years ago, this video hits it right on the head and I found it hilarious. He does a great job of capturing the absurdity of focusing too much on these rankings in lieu of what really matters: what exactly is a realtor going to do for you?
