Living/dining areas and kitchens have hardwood floors, and the developer indicates that there are ample electrical and telecommunications outlets. The residences have nine-foot ceilings (even higher in some cases) and panoramic insulated windows. Many units have individual terraces. Bedrooms offer a choice of plush or Berber-style carpet, while the master bath includes recessed lighting, a six-foot soaking tub (some units offer whirlpool tubs), and in some units, a separate glass-door shower stall. A few units offer an optional fireplace. Each unit has individually controlled heating and cooling.

Other building amenities include the heated indoor lap pool, whirlpool spa, sundeck and landscaped outdoor garden terrace, pro-equipped fitness center, and outdoor sky garden lounges. Some amenities of the adjacent University Club (connected to The Legacy by a sky bridge) are available to residents, including hospitality room catering services, guest rooms, and squash court privileges.
