When my husband and I decided to move our family from Chicago to Elmhurst, we enlisted the help of Sari Levy. Although she came very highly recommended, she still exceeded all of my expectations. Not only did she know the real estate market in the area, she was also extremely well-informed about the parks, schools, and library – all of which were very important to us since we have two small children. In addition to being impressed with her vast knowledge, I was also pleasantly surprised with how responsive she was to all of our questions, concerns, and showing requests (we looked at 100+ properties before finding our current home).

Perhaps most impressive was her desire to please us. For example, one day she spent over two hours trying to find a current flood zone map because my husband was concerned about the water issues that Elmhurst has experienced in recent years. When she shared the information that she uncovered, I was blown away by the amount of effort she had gone to (and the number of people she had contacted) in an effort to answer our questions and alleviate any fears that we had about moving to the area.

During my previous experiences buying and selling our condo, it was like pulling teeth to get answers to my questions. Even simple questions – such as, “How did that showing go?” – often required two or more phone calls/emails before I got a response. This lack of responsiveness speaks very clearly – it says, “You aren’t important.” Sari, on the other hand, treats her clients with a great deal of respect and always responds in a timely manner. As such, she makes you feel as though your business is extremely important to her.

Finally, who doesn’t like saving a little money? I know I do! In most cases, buying a home only entails spending money – usually lots of it. If you choose to work with Lucid, however, this isn’t entirely the case. At closing, they offer a percentage of their commission in the form of a rebate. In my opinion, this is just an added perk of working with Lucid Reality. Therefore, I recommend these highly professional individuals without reservation!

Sari was alway open and honest with her recommendations for the sale of our home. I have to say, Gary is one heck of an informed realtor. He really knows his stuff. When we interviewed Gary, we were very impressed. We didn't know, though, that we'd be working with someone else until after we signed. Randy, our agent, worked very hard, was responsive and we all worked well together. The only time I had a small problem with Randy, we discussed it professionally and it was resolved.

Selling in this down market is a nightmare and you really need someone on your side; I'd definitely recommend Lucid.
