Rogers Park looks like another Chicago neighborhood where condo inventory levels got pretty ugly in the fall and winter of 2008 - surpassing a 4 year supply. However, as we entered the spring selling season in 2009 home inventories dropped quite a bit and are remarkably better than last year at this time. Sales are up and the number of homes on the market is down, leaving current inventory levels at a fraction of last year - the best February in 3 years.

The market time in Rogers Park has also dramatically improved after rising throughout 2008. Current market times are less than half of the peak at the end of last year.

Note that the MLS has changed their methodology for reporting market times, affecting all data after October 2007.
