Chicago Realtor Looking For Dallas Realtor To Sell His Parents' Home

The home, built in 2000 at a cost of approximately $550K, is located near Northwest Highway and Midway Rd - northwest quadrant of that intersection. We are looking to put this on the market in approximately one month, priced to sell within 90 days. • How would we handle the commission if an unrepresented buyer submitted an offer that we accepted? I'm assuming in this case that all you do for this buyer is fill in the contract.
