Lincoln Square is another neighborhood where all hell broke loose in the fall and winter of last year. Looking at 2 -3 bedroom condos, home inventories in Lincoln Square have come back down to earth. In fact, starting in June the inventory levels have actually been lower than last year thanks to fewer homes on the market and higher sales than last year.

There was a clear upward trend in market times for Lincoln Square until about January of 2009, peaking at around 300 days. Since then market times have steadily declined.

Note that the MLS changed their reporting methodology for market times, affecting data back to October 2007.
