As of January 1, 2012 we looked at 2 -3 bedroom condos in Lincoln Park. Market times show a clear seasonal effect but the market times for 2010 were uncharacteristically high. 2011 turned out to be much better.

Although condo inventory in the fall of 2009 and the winter of 2010 was much better than the previous year (which was horrendous) in Lincoln Park, once the tax credit expired inventory levels jumped up once again. However, home inventory levels have recently moderated and December hit a record low for the past 5 years. Yes, 2006 was a bit better but that was almost the peak of the housing bubble.
