As of May 1, 2010 we looked at 2 -3 bedroom condos in Lincoln Park. Market times show a clear seasonal effect but have drifted downward over the last few months.

Note that the MLS changed their market time reporting methodology in October, 2007.

Although condo inventory in the fall of 2009 and the winter of 2010 was much better than the previous year (which was horrendous) in Lincoln Park, once the tax credit expired inventory levels jumped up once again. Not only is the absolute number of condos on the market higher than last year but the contract volume is also lower. Therefore, there is currently about a 14 month supply of condos..
